Panasonic AW-UE40KEJ 4K Integrated Camera
The integrated lens delivers a 35 mm–equivalent focal range of approximately 25–600 mm with i.Zoom up to 28x in UHD and 36x in FHD. The camera outputs UHD up to 2160/29.97p or 25p via HDMI and supports a full range of HD formats up to 1080/59.94p or 50p. A USB-C device port provides UVC/UAC support for plug-and-play use as a USB video/audio device, and audio from the 3.5 mm mic/line input can be embedded on the video outputs.
Network, control, and PTZ performance
The AW-UE40KEJ streams over IP using H.264 or H.265 with protocol support including RTSP/RTP, RTMP/RTMPS, and SRT for contribution over unmanaged networks. NDI HX2 is available as an optional activation for NDI-based workflows. Control is available over IP (RJ-45), RS-422, or USB, and the unit supports PoE+ for power and data over a single cable. The direct-drive pan/tilt mechanism offers smooth, precise movement with a pan range of ±175° and a tilt range of −30° to +90° for flexible installation on a desktop or ceiling.
