KS-251K / STEADICAM HARD MOUNT KIT
Kupo Steadicam Hard Mount allows a Steadicam rig to be mounted on 48~50mm pipe or Mitchell plate. It includes the machined anodized rectangle aluminum mounting plate with stainless steel female socket block which comes with two 40mm long custom stainless steel 1-¼”-20 T handle knobs. The other end on the mounting plate with 8 pre-drilled holes that offer 5 indexing angles, and our one piece double clamp allows our Hard mount to be affixed to the 48~50mm pipe. The clamp offers a rigid mounting on both the left and right side, giving the operator a quick way of changing the setup on the fly if needed. A Mitchell adapter and a simple tie down are supplied to mount the Steadicam gear on the Mitchell plate by attaching the Hard mount plate with 2 x 1/4"-20 screws included. A knob with 3/8"-16 bolt is equipped as a Mitchell key on the adapter offers a quick pan adjustment if needed.
